Wondering what time you can check in? Not sure if you can charge the car on the park? Here are the answers to these and other most frequently asked questions.

Once you’ve had a browse and found your perfect accommodation, you can book directly online. If you prefer to speak to someone, call a member of our reception team on 01288 341338 and we’ll take the booking for you.

All you need at the time of booking is a £50.00 deposit. The balance is payable 10 weeks before the start of your holiday. Should your holiday start within 10 weeks, full payment will be required upon booking.

Check-in is from 4.00pm but you are welcome to arrive earlier and stretch your legs, exploring the park while you wait.

That’s no problem. If you know you are going to be late, just keep us in the picture with a call before 5pm on the day of your arrival. We’ll explain how to get your key and how to find your accommodation and we’ll see you in the morning.

We most certainly allow dogs and what’s more, we don’t charge extra for them. You can bring up to two dogs and you just need to choose a pet-friendly accommodation option when you book.

Yes and there are designated parking areas so please don’t drive or park on the grass.

Yes, that’s no problem at all and the local supermarkets are used to delivering to guests on the park. Just one rather important point though: if you’re booking a slot for the day of your arrival, make sure it’s well after your check-in time so that you are here to receive it.

No, however if you need anything we can easily point you in the direction of the nearest shop. There are quite a few within a short drive.

Yes, bed linens and bath towels are all provided. If you have booked accommodation with a hot tub or you are planning to hit the nearby beaches, we ask that you bring your own towels for these activities and keep the other towels for use inside your accommodation.

To encourage a relaxing escape, there is currently no WiFI available on the park however guests can use their mobile phones or are welcome to bring a portable 4G/5G MiFi device for connectivity.

Yes, you can use disposable BBQs on the metal racks provided on the decking / outside space.. Do be mindful of safety though. BBQs are not allowed inside your accommodation or any buildings (even if it’s raining).

There are currently no EV charging points, however future plans are underway to introduce these.
