We warmly encourage all prospective owners to visit and experience Willow Bay Lodge Escape for themselves. It’s the perfect opportunity to see just how easily it fits into your lifestyle, explore our beautiful grounds, view our collection of luxury lodges and fall in love with our blissfully peaceful park.
During your visit, you’ll have the chance to meet our friendly team, get a true feel for ownership, and spend time discovering the surrounding area. It’s all about helping you decide whether Willow Bay feels like the right place for you to call your own.
Step 2
UNDERSTAND THE COSTS
We know that buying a holiday home is a commitment and there are outgoings to be considered. So once you've chosen Willow Bay, our team will run through each of the costs involved, with three key elements to consider:
1. The lodge purchase - including any deposit required.
2. Annual site fees - which ensure Willow Bay stays in tip-top condition for you
3. Running costs - these include services such as rates, water, gas, electricity and insurance as well as any lodge maintenance needed. These tend to change annually however our team are always on hand to advise and support.

CHOOSE YOUR LODGE
Whether it's a high quality pre-owned lodge, which will help to stretch your budget further, or brand new state-of-the-art luxury lodge, which will take your breath away, we have plenty of layouts and styles to suit your taste and budget.

CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION
Last, but certainly not least, it's time to decide where you would like your lodge to be situated.
You might have chosen a lodge that is already in place, with an excellent location. However, if you have a choice of pitches then you need to consider what suits you best. For example, would you prefer to be closer to reception and the entrance or tucked away your own quiet corner?
