Stepping into our historic woodland is like slowing your world down. Dappled by sunlight, wander through the tree lined trails, crunching on freshly fallen leaves whilst keeping eyes out for the flash of a squirrel. Venture far enough and you'll arrive at the ancient hill fort, where time has remained largely unchanged. 

With plenty to sniff out, our woods are a great place for those holidaying with their dogs but we do kindly ask that they remain on leads, to protect our wildlife. Thank you.
